After doing lots of research on the internet I decided on BetterVits, from the first day I started taking them I noticed a positive impact, less bloating, normal bowel movements etc, reduced indigestion symptoms, overall I'd say these have really helped me, I have ordered another months worth, after that I will reduce the dose and see if they are still having a positive effect, if you are suffering with a bad stomach I would say its worth a try! The tablets themselves are small enough that they are easy to swallow and I haven’t experienced an aftertaste. As someone with a background in medical sciences I’m a bit skeptical of supplements. Probiotics are known to help gut bacteria so can help with irritable bowel syndrome and also help restore the good bacteria lost in the gut after and diarrhoea episodes.

Research shows that having a good gut biome has many health benefits outside of gastric health including maintenance of the immune system and concentration. I think that the tablets are quite expensive but they do offer lots of different bacteria and studies have shown good diversity can complement the other bacteria in the complex and help them work more effectively together. PS Quite small and easy to swallow, no repeating after which I found with other brands Research has shown that food gut health also aids immunity so we take them everyday and have honestly noticed over the past few years we have had fewer colds.

The proof of course is that I have not had an ibs attack while taking these (one a day with main meal). Overall, I’m not quite sure yet on these but I’m hopeful. Currently having an ibs flare up so hoping these help calm things down.

But at the price the will not be my regular capsules as they are out of my price bracket. No horrible bloat either. However, research also suggests that capsules often deliver fewer alive bacteria to the gut due to be broken down and denatured in the stomach acid than liquid live cultures- studies have said around only 20% reaches the gut alive from a capsule.
