The process of distillation removes gluten found in the wheat based spirit - and the vegan ideology extends to the hand- dipped wax bottle tops and the glue used to stick the lables onto the bottles, also stuck by hand. You like your gins classic, clean and juniper forward. This original hand-made craft Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength is clear and bright in the glass. Even the colour scheme was carefully chosen to mimic that of the iconic railings on Brighton sea front. Recognition was swift with The Sunday Times naming it as one of its top three gins of 2015.
