The 219-08 is the only CCMC evaluated method to seal, seam polyethylene vapour barrier film. This sheathing tape is great for sealing joints of sheathing material and acting as a permanent strong adhesive on plastic, metal and smooth surfaces. Amazing tape. Used in conjunction with LLPT Butyl Seal Putty Tape Black 1 Inch x 33 Feet Extra Thick double stick or construction adhesive for xtra strength in areas that might pull away due to high use.

Kind of like plastic package tape but super sticky. I did most of this typing in 10 degree temps. Voila, radon went from 4. I used it to cover a temp gap in the floor when I removed a wall.

Works perfectly, I can't say more or less. This tape really sticks, I bought it because I saw the red version in a video.

I got very surprised that this tape is very strong. Just swept / brushed cinder block first. But Tuck tape by itself sufficient for most areas.

5 to 1. Perfect for marrying existing to a new sheet. I used it to tape seams between rigid foam insulation and wood girts on my post frame house build. Tuck Tape blue Construction Sheathing Tape was GREAT for reattaching plastic sheet for radon to cinder block.
