That being said - why did I rate this 4 stars and not 5? You can definitely taste the egg yolks in this - which is a good thing.

Different level Mayo - mix with mustard,ketchup,saracha for an amazing burger dressing. After receiving this and tasting it - yes, it IS a tasty mayo - rich and kinda eggy.
I'll update this review at a later date after I've tried it in more diverse foods that call for mayo. Hopefully, it will also be forever removed from your memory as well. I just don't know if I can ever bring myself to rate it 5 stars as long as that mascot stays on the packaging.
