It needs refrigerating for 6 weeks after opening, the babies love it and their Mum Dad aunties and uncle love it too (babies and adults kept separately). I use the tank airstone to simulate the shrimp free swimming and the fry don't know any different. Excellent product.

I find it works really well, and my fry seem to like it well enough. Kept my 4 baby shubunkins going so far. I have 11 Fantail which I never intended to raise but hey ho, that sums us aquarists up- a few eggs in our aquariums and we all get excited! It will keep for months.

I have added a photo of one at 10 days afyer feeding instant baby brine shrimp, it shows fins producing nicely. I haven't had any die.

To make things easier and stop it from spoiling, I put a scoop of the brine shrimp in each the sections of a silicone ice cube tray and fill up with tank water and put it in the freezer. The goldfish fry love it, and it's nice to see them well fed.

The media could not be loaded. They fill their tummies, swim around happily, helps with the growth of fins and with the water changes, these babies are growing perfectly.

I hope this review helps. I find the product excellent. As you can see by the photo it is small, but it does appear that it will last for the full 6 weeks. Before purchasing this, I made sure to read other people's reviews about storing it, and as soon as it arrived I popped portions into an ice cube tray into the freezer like little shrimp Popsicles, so I could cut a little off and defrost/feed at my leisure.
