The battery connects to a custom USB cable for charging. The light is sufficient for most needs and the hands free light solution allows you to use both hands for the job at hand. it could be irritating. The only downside to this configuration is that the battery pack is situated directly behind the head.

Now that would make sense if when you pressed the switch again it came on at the same brightness level it was at when you shut it off. The head lamp is definitely light weight and useful. So if you lose it .

While walking through the woods you really only need the red light in the dark, the white light is simply too much especially if you’re trying to keep a low profile. . There should have been dedicated micro USB charge port on the battery.

Pros:- Light Weight- 500 Lumens- 210 Degree Range- 3 White Light Levels- 3 Red Light Levels- 5. So much so that on a recent hunt I somehow lost it and had to order a replacement. VERY simple to use. It’s a LED strip, you’ll be able to see what’s in front of you but nothing further than 15-20 foot in front of you.
