- Remove the brush cap and hold the Tepe Interdental Brush like you would a pen.
- After use, replace the brush cap for hygienic storage.
- Don't forcibly push; if it doesn't fit, try another size.
- Rinse the brush under running water after each use.
- Slowly move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and food particles.
- Gently insert the brush into the gap between two teeth.
- Repeat the process for all gaps between your teeth.

I can not seem to make one last the entire mouth as after a while they seem to bend and loose there stiffness which is not great as this can become costly so i would recommend searching around for a bigger bundle of them. Buy this "set" to find out which brush/brushes suit your teeth best, it may seem pointless, but it is cheaper than "buying one at random" to find it is too small or too big and having to buy another set.

they look well maid and come well packaged. The media could not be loaded. another point i would say is to get the smaller size than what you wanted and work your way up the sizes as i struggled to get the brushes in between some of my teeth.

yeah you could get dental floss as you get more for less but these brushes are easier and you get a better feel afterwords too. thanks for reading. Easy and very convenient, for cleaning the food between the teeth, after eating! I recommend them to everyone!

Bought as a replacement for the one given at the dentist. Its a shame it wasn't in a smaller parcel, as waste A4 parcel size foe a small product They are convenient to have - better than floss.

The product is great - bought these many times before, they last a long time. Also your parter can try too, so you only need buy one set of these.
