This will not replace a mop for spills and clean ups but it does a great job of sanitizing. There are 4 provided in the box, 2 main + 2 spare. Unit is well built, well thought out, and eazy-peasy to use.

The major benefit of using the Shark is that I won’t have to get down on my hands and knees to scrub the floor, like I usually do. The mounting was very easy to perform as it only requires to take the unit out of the box and attach the handle to the main body and voila! It indeed does. yes, I got one of my charging cords wrapped around one of the pads!

The two negatives: you are supposed to empty the water tank after each use. It worked as the picture of the pads can attest). After many hours of research & scrolling, I landed on this item & it is worth every penny.

This Shark Steam & Scrub is just what the doctor ordered to make quick work of deep cleaning. It was very simple to assemble. We just put in all new ceramic tile planks throughout our home so I needed a new way to clean my floor. If you’ve got kids tramping around all day or pets bringing in who-knows-what on their paws, this steamer is for you.

In conclusion:I love it! Furthermore, I think this device is best employed after sweeping/swiffering the floor, not in place of it. Haha)
