I’ll start by saying that this book is a very heavy read, and as Joe points out, if you’re not ready to read this book or easily triggered then please don’t read it. Can’t put it down, each paragraph starting its own internal thoughts which is gonna make this a long read. Joes story is far from pretty and very heartbreaking at times and the reason behind him writing this book is one of pure honestly. The only choice we have is weather or not to tell someone about it”I managed to get my hands on this book 4 days early and devoured the whole thing in a day.

I feel that BPD is often a dirty word in the mental health world, but to see the realness and power that It holds over someone’s life is a real eye opener and I’m so glad, however hard it must have been to write, it is out there in public. Buy it, gift it, this book needs sharing. I’m sure joe numbered the pages with roman numerals just to mess with my other brain! This book is raw, heartbreaking, honest and also funny.
