I was advised to buy an Omron Blood Pressure Monitor the same brand my GP surgery uses and I am testing twice daily. The Omron X2 is precise and used widely by professionals. The media could not be loaded.

Going on recommendation as I did when choosing one I believe is a good idea. Required to take regular BP reading. Solid little machine. The readout is extremely clear and easy to see.
