Update: I contacted Lionsgate and they have sent me a replacement code as it was a manufacturing defect. This film is definitely one of my top film of all time.

I have redeemed the code but it appears only on vudu and not MoviesAnywhere which is still annoying Obviously a great movie (who would purchase a physical copy of something he didn't like? The story of the movie were very simple and yet it’s a strong message.
