I wasn't sure if this box would work because it was so cheap and seemed to easy but it works wonders. And it works well. Love it so it gets 5 starsGreat build and easy install.

After we finished renovating the apartment, we decided to take a switch to connect the various Ethernet sockets that we put in the various rooms in one place. From there you are done, connect the other ports to the respective cables and we have completed the installation of the switch. I have just finished installing my 16 port switch and can say the hardest thing I had to do was to fit the rj45 connectors in the back. I've had to reset this once in the time I've owned it.

I would like to say one thing about the connection and explain the reason why I took this and not the gigabits, that is, those that reach up to a Giga (10/100/1000 Mbps), as I have already said, having a 30 Mega connection this suits me more than good, since I have the house all wired with CAT 5E cables, and I can safely watch, even at the same time sometimes, Sky and SkyGo, Netflix, Prime, Disney (therefore all the TV Streaming) play online with Play4 and to the PC with Steam (my children), and I can also connect 4 Wi-Fi to my smartphone on my smartphone, 2 PCs and when A laptop happens, as well as an iPad, and not least, watching DAZN without interruption (or almost). Just one niggle though - should I have invested in a managed switch?

I hope I've been helpful, if so, I'm happy with it. I am very satisfied with the purchase made, the modem establishes the connection without interference and the Ethernet network has no drop in bandwidth, so from the aforementioned FTTC they start 102 Mbps in download 20 in upload and the computer connected to Ethernet arrive exactly the same values.

The switch manages the traffic itself to where its needed. That meaning that it was so simple to use. Pros: - Easy installation - No 'slamming' due to initial setup - ADSL /FTTC /FTTH fully supported thanks to 10/100/1000 ports - Solid construction which should be aluminum - Energy Saving Cons: - if we really want to find one it would have been nice to have the ability to manage the QOS, but being unmanaged it is not demanded nothing big - it is not equipped with POE+ ports Conclusion: exceptional quality/price, in my opinion without big pretensions it is a purchase to make with your eyes closed, if something should go Amazon's excellent support is always wrong;)

but if I had a network with FTTH fiber (and not FTTC, in this case the previous speech is valid because so much more than 100 Mega in download is difficult to arrive) then the speech changes, in this case the connection at home I would do it directly via Wi-Fi and switch I would no longer need it. I've got 3 x sky q boxes, 2 games consoles, few smart tvs. I hope that this review of mine will help someone who knows less about it than me, to buy the switch that suits their needs.
