Support and comfort is unbelievable knees feeling like never being damaged This NEENCA HX054 Knee Brace has been very good at reducing the strain and pain around my knee after a long day on my feet. The side comes with two reinforcing metal rods to give sideway support, I found these to be a little too soft and I could do with them stiffer. You can not really say comfortable but when is wearing a support comfortable?

This knee support gives you a lot of stability and it holds your knee in place very well. Unfortunately I have ruptured my anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) inside my knee, for the time being my knee is stable enough without surgery.

You're Having a Giraffe

The XXL size is great for my friend who has hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome, and when her leg/knee swells up, her other knee supports don't fit too well. It’s really comfy even on the deep gashes on my knee, I can now walk with a lot less pain! I hope you find my review helpfulAlan

The main hole in the middle its a good idea it fits good over the knee joint and the metalstripes on the each side of the joint keep the knee together very well. The material its breathable with little holes in it to let the air getting in and out. This is for my left knee until , comfy easy fit no doing headstands to wrap it up on the knee But if I have a long day the muscles and other ligaments around my knee can begin to get sore.
