The only difficulty I had during the assembly was installing the backrest. The included allen key is good quality which certainly helps. Maybe it is an intended feature because I do feel it is supporting my back better in its new position.

I had to sit on the mat, embrace the seat to hold it with the backside up, and then align the mating surfaces. With the base and casters already assembled out of the box, there are 6 separate parts to put together and 6 bolts to tighten. It's a beauty with the gray and white look. Sidiz T50 was one of the most talked office chairs through the forums I was following and I grabbed it as soon as I could.

Great deall! This has totally changed the way I feel after a days work for the better, the only down side is it doesn’t come with operating instructions! The cushion in the seat is on the soft side as well as the fabric of the seat cover.

I found the lumbar support height adjustment a bit too loose and sometimes, especially when I lean back, it gets pushed down. It worth mentioning that the lumbar support, apart from rocking back and forth, and up and down, also has a third degree of freedom which allows it to rotate about +/-15 degrees to fit better on my lower back. This is brilliant I struggled to find something in this price bracket I was about to give up and buy a chair for £600 because my back was so bad! Since the neck rest is the most frequent thing I need to adjust, I had to deduct one star.

It was really easy to assemble chair, with only two/three parts to put together and with an included tool perfect for the job. The assembly process was generally smooth.
