Noise: it’s quiet on speed 1 and 2 but it quite loud on speed 3. I do like the ‘swift’ option which blows the air side to side.

The media could not be loaded. Definitely worth it if you have pets suffering with the heat. This feels like a life saver.

I love this air conditioner, it makes the room cooler than a fan, when I used a fan I was still sweating and feeling sticky but with this it cools the room down and my tiny chihuahua loves it! It was a spontaneous buy at 3am because I couldn’t sleep due to the heat. Everything about this black+decker is good.

Seamless delivery as always I use the ice cube bags and add the whole thing to the water for a cooler blast. I have the manual version and for £89 it’s brilliant! Wished I thought of getting one before.

It keeps you lovely and cool but not cold like air con. Four stars as it’s quite loud on the 3rd setting, but that’s a small price to pay when you want to be cooled, but overall very good. I’ve been using ice and additional ice packs along side the two ice packs that comes with it.

Although easily manoeuvrable being upstairs with a stair lift I'd love another fore downstairs for use in both living rooms and kitchen and may just get another. It's a must have especially on very hot days. I am really pleased with the product and does the job.

Much nicer than the ugly ceiling fans including the so called modern ones. We wanted a ventless option as we live in a building and the windows don’t open too wide (safety locks) - so this was perfect for what we need. The water tank is fiddly to remove so it is easier to fill it with a jug keeping it attached to the machine.
