It's amazingly only 100Kcal! Overall, it was okay. It wasn’t exactly a bad taste though.

Due to this I ordered the 2x500g resealable bags to make it more cost effective, but as you can see in the photo, the bags are clearly not resealable. Excellent biltong, I find it has the best flavour and nutritional balance of all I've tried. Regardless, the biltong is made from ethically and sustainably farmed beef, and has no added sugar.
