I know for sure it’s going to be a book that’s used again and again and again. Delicious meals for the whole family including baked gnocchi with ham hock and peas, chicken, leek and chorizo pie and delicious desserts including a cherry clafoutis (all pictured in review). This book is heavy on usable recipes that demand to be made. I am a sucker for a good cookbook.

It’s become my go to book for my weekly recipes. Some great variations but the same principles. The biggest negative to cooking is the amount of pans, graters, cutlery, whisks, sieves and bowls that have to be washed and dried at the end.

You and your family will be so glad you did. If I had to buy just one it wouldProbably be this one as the recipes take less time to cook. Some of the options take as little as 5 minutes prep followed by 30 minutes in the oven. A really great cook book.
