Use short strips at a time if you're not putting it down direcrly because it will twist up but honestly that was my bad. Those are a THICK vinyl i could barely even cut through, and they don't move at all with this tape. This tape worked perfectly for Dragon Con ribbons.

A+. The bond is strongest after 24 hours depending on materials used. It sticks thick vinyl to regular vinyl pants no problem, any regular fabrics are totally golden if you use this.
