If you don’t try it you will never know. It is Delivered without any instructions or suggestions for taking it which is what you would expect buying it from this company that just supplies the goods without the frills that are added by companys by the time we see them in the store.

I get candida overgrowth and hopefully this will keep it at bay. Tasteless, and so easy to drink. Had my first tea spoon when it arrived. By the way mine is very fine and just turns water cloudy as you can see.
