Beware! I find I sleep for longer without waking up so often, so if that's the combination of magnesium and lavender that's great.

The media could not be loaded. My sleep quality has improved dramatically. 🥴 not really a good long-term solution however I took a chance and amazingly this product works and it worked fast🙌🏾. Recommended.

Pros:- Smells lovely - there is a slight chemically smell underneath the fragrant lavender, but it still has a very nice, relaxing fragrance well known of lavender- The cream rubs in easily and isn't sticky and doesn't leave residue- A little goes a long way - one pump is enough to cover both of my TMJ joints and the sides of my neck, rubbing down into my shoulders- You get a lot in a bottle and it still has a good strength of magnesium, so this is better than the gel in my opinion- Feels nice and tingly, doesn't irritate sensitive skinCons:- None whatsoeverOverall this cream is high quality and totally worth it. I did use Better You's magnesium gel before, but I thought I'd give this cream a try as it contains lavender which is good for sleep and relaxation. I have been using it for a few weeks now.

I have stayed in bed and managed to get back off to sleep with very mild restless legs on a few nights. I have previously been suffering from restless leg syndrome at night the two together made trying to fall asleep impossible. Otherwise, it has a light, pleasant fragrance and not too heavy texture. The product placement shows it having a pump and the instructions on the bottle say use 4 pumps but my delivery didn’t arrive with a pump!

well oily 🤣and put off by it…but it works for me I might be doing a little overkill but I use both the lotion and the oil together it doesn’t bother me I’ve seen some people know that the oil can be…. So far I'm really liking it. I use topical magnesium at night before I go to sleep and rub it into my jaw muscles and neck in the hope that I may stop grinding my teeth so much!
