Everything - including a couple of AA batteries for the memory store - was included in my parcel. Fast charging.
FM/AM works very well, DAB (and DAB+) well - that is dependent on the signal coverage. Very easy to connect with the phone/bluetooth player. Strongly recommended - another great Makita product. Very good bass and midrange, treble is slightly flattish/muted, but unless you are a Debussy connoisseur - it will not affect your experience.
