The media could not be loaded. Lower, middle or upper back/neck, it does the job perfectly. I got this massager for tight muscles on the neck & lower back.

** Update 28/12/23 **Seller has resolved the problem by offering a replacement, the seller has also confirmed the replacement covers have been reinforced so will monitor to review how long they last. Despite reaching out to the supplier and purchasing additional covers, the issue persists, and I anticipate needing yet another cover as of the time of composing this review. I had a back massager 20 years ago which never worked well and just felt painful, with the material just pinching my skin.

Pretty good heat massage for back I lay flat against it since I require a rigorous massage with a high level of strength to work out all the scar tissue and knots. Furthermore, finding contact details for the supplier has proven to be a challenging task.

My back has been aching like crazy lately, between Covid stress, work-related things and suddenly having to find a new apartment at short notice. However, my primary concern pertains to the inadequately designed cover. I still feel the covers should be purchaseable as a seperate product. What is particularly frustrating is that the new covers provided do not seem to address the flaw in design.
