It has the option of having it fixed or rolling freely, and it includes some stickers to decorate it. I especially like it better than the ball because the ball has those holes where tiny feces fall out on to the floor where this has breathing holes on the sides,.

It has 3 space levels so you have your choice of your pet spinning in place or running about on hard or carpeted floors.
