The jar arrived to me wrapped in bubble-wrap so it got here safe. Erbology's Lion's Mane powder seems to be of good quality. but an important way to build trust between a company and a customer. The packaging is a glass jar, and the lid is sealed in place with a sticker seal.

I have issues with memory and focus, and after adding Lion's Mane to my supplement routine I feel sharper and more present. It's a wonderful choice to help prevent dementia, mitigate symptoms of nervous system disorders, or support the brain and nerves in healthy people (which is how I'm using it). This jar contains 50 1/2 teaspoon servings, which can be added to food or drinks easily. Also, my stomach has been fine, no issues with stomach upset or anything.

Considering all this, their mushroom supplements are priced very competitively compared to many others on the market, and I'll probably purchase this one again. Lion's Mane mushroom is an incredible supplement - it's been studied extensively and proven to help protect and regenerate neurons to help the nervous system recover from brain damage. If you find the taste too strong, it's barely noticeable at all when mixed into sauces, soups, stews or other savory foods.
The jar I received has an expiration date more than two years from now, and the dark colored glass jar ensures the product will be kept safe from light and moisture that would damage it. Erbology verifies the quality of their supplements with independent laboratories, a process which is not required to sell supplements in the U. This Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract from Erbology seems to be decent.
So far, I've been adding this Lion’s Mane Mushroom extract powder to my morning smoothie/shake, and it mixes well in there, no issues. It's produced in Europe from organic mushrooms, and contains no added starch (this is a common problem with other mushroom supplements, which sometimes contain high levels of starch from the grain the mycelium is grown on).
