Has an on/ off button. Much less bugs with my XPS 15 than the TB15. Great for Dell Xps 13 9360.

Works out of the box with Dell XPS 15 9550 and Ubuntu Linux 16. Do not plan to use anything more than a single 1440p monitor because this dock does not support that bandwith.
