Makes great soup in 21 minutes. Then getting the blender out and struggling to blend a big pan full. Chop veg or buy a soup pack add water stock and whatever condiments you like and wait 21 mins later perfectly hot soup.

Bought this to make low to no salt soups due to high bp and now following the DASH diet. Enough for 4 servings or 3 for a nice big bowlful! Red onions , cherry tomatoes , mixed frozen peppers,frozen peas, splash of white wine, an a table spoon of Garlic an chilli dipping oil from major supermarket . So easy to use - chuck it all in and let the machine do the work.

Not problems washing the item either , noting stuck to the bottom. I found it stopped some veg burning to the bottom. I have read that people have had trouble with soup burning at the bottom but as long as you give it a good stir before putting the lid on its fine. The book is brilliant, packed with no fuss, tasty soups using everyday ingredients from your fridge, freezer or cupboards.

I love it. The smell was to die for ,I emptied out the fridge of veg,an a fe stick cubes ,a splash of this an that ,an soup which can be freezed or eaten today . I have taken a pic with a recipe book I ordered at the same time.
