Making the effort to obtain the other required ingredients has definitely been worth it and I'm glad I finally made the leap to massively widen my culinary skills. If you ever intend to complete the book end to end there will are even more bits and bobs.

Be aware though if 14 seems daunting, it soon becomes clear that's just the tip of the iceberg. Also as an allotment tenant, it's always a challenge to find something different to do with my home grown veg particularly when 'glut' time arrives.
Brilliant! Along with Simon Rimmer, Nisha Katona’s vegetarian recipes are the best I’ve tried. (I didn't make the bread). Well, as with many 'Indian' cook books describing themselves as 'simple' 'quick' or 'easy' the recipes do require commitment.
