Was so fast and easy great product Decided to give these a try and no more skewed door! I was going to drill the holes out and glue in dowels.

It's a fire safety door that has high tension hinges to close on it's own. I got my boat back from the shop and when I opened up the battery hatch cover the screws were falling out and the hatch was becoming separated from the hinge. I was ready to by a whole new door frame, because nothing else would hold. My first thought is that I wish they were made out of a little harder material.

If they hold another 5 years I will considerr them good. I tried them anyway putting them in and breaking them off as instructed. I had to cut off the smallest tip.

My husband and I bought this product as a last resort since one our front exterior doors to our home has stripped screw holes for the hinges. :-) So the little grips wouldn't come off so easily.

The Screw It Again, broke off just below the edge of the holes and allowed the screws to be flush with the hinge and now the door closes properly and with ease. You can see slight remnant of it on the bottom screw - but they are all reinforced, and it stopped getting loose. Packages states is can hold 70lbs of force and 170lbs of pulled force.
