I had used this spray in the past and put two and two together that when it ran out my piercing bump had become inflamed. I definitely recommend this spray, worth the money and you can see a difference within a couple of days.

My medusa piercing is clean, pain free, calm, it's still healing but it looks *good*. Because lord almighty my tongue has never touched anything worse - I'm blessed, I guess.

I am also using this on my Helix piercing! As you will see from my pictures my piercing suddenly became inflamed and a large bump appeared (this was pretty much overnight I might add).

It doesn't smell of anything, yes, and even I was dubious about it, but I can't argue with the results. I really recommend this its better than any saline solution what doesn't work for me saline doesn't do the trick for me. Honey, baby, darling, this stuff is the holy water for piercings. My friends tragus had recently gone bad and was hurting her so I gave her my spare bottle and now hers has cleared up :-) amazing stuff.
