I honestly feel like this is the only cookbook I need & bonus that my husband now eats mainly veggie and doesn’t feel the absence of meat. It was just before the UK locked down and so being at home I had lots of time to try the recipes out.

My whole family loved them. Have tried six recipes so far and plan to do many more.

Print quality: the one I received was in amazing condition and utterly flawless, a thing of beauty. Each recipe comes with a helpful picture of the end result. Hundreds of possibilities.

My favourite part is the centrefolds where there’s flowcharts to design your own tray based on what you might have readily available in the kitchen. Have already done Leek and Puy Lentil Gratin with Crunchy Feta Topping twice. Great recipes in one tray.

However, the previous owner left a lot of ingredients inside it😶 This book, a recent purchase, really ticks all the boxes. Only made one recipe so far but it was quite lovely, albeit a bit spicy for me - the Sprouts, broccoli, harissa and halloumi with flatbread. Not enough protein: people leaving this complaint clearly do not know what foods contain protein.

The recipes are easy to follow and so far have exceeded my expectations in terms of flavour. I’m neither vegetarian nor vegan, but just looking to eat more plant based meals, so thought I’d try this.
