Perhaps instead you can go to the gym and use an assisted pull up machine and see how much weight you put on the machine, because these bands come in resistances of 65-175 LBs (blue), 50-125 LBs (purple), 40- 80 LBs (green), 30-60 LBs (grey) and 10- 35 LBs (red). === NIGGLES ===* There are no instructions on the Amazon website as to how to use the product, and not even any proper product description such as what it's made of or even its dimensions! About shipping: It arrived within the established deadline, even a little less time, the packaging in perfect condition. I have struggled for some years with very poor flexibility in part as a result of a lot of cycling tightening up the muscles in the back of the legs and lower back.

Till now it seems to offer good resistance. This is a very good product at this price point but there is a small dent in the band . ) and this band has come at the right time.

About the product: It was just what I was looking for, I had an abdominal appliance that has an elastic band, but it broke a long time ago and I couldn't find a way to use it again, I found this product among Amazon's suggestions and I ordered it, as soon as I installed it on the device and it looked perfect, it's of very good quality, it's quite thick and offers good resistance so it's incredible for exercising. I was sceptical about it's durability at first, but after using it for nearly a month, i can confirm that the bands are very durable.

Hard to know, because that depends on how many pull ups you can do unassisted now (starting from 0) and how much you weigh, but there is no chart given here to tell you. Nice qualityBut seems to be broad. I have it doubled for extra pull and shorter reach (it replaces a towel suggested by a PE teacher as a handy substitute) and I show its length, which is not obvious on the Amazon page (the pen is at 100cm. The media could not be loaded.
