I've cleaned first my leather jacket with acetone and after I painted it straight away. The dye was a bit watery than expected. I am really happy with the results.

This is the real deal folks, incredibly powerful pitch black die, use carefully. My jacket is size s and was enough for two coats and still have left for one coat for a pair of small shoes. They came out perfect, will be using this from now on to put life into old leather boots too as brought my daughters DMs up like new too. Use this product for a pair of doc martens.

Any brush works . I dyed my steering wheel and here are the results. Easy to use and covered shoe perfectly! As you can see from the pictures.
