Dave of titans
You don't notice the 40% at all in the good. On the start, the single tastes fruity, slightly nutty and appealingly woody and merges into honey, vanilla and caramel. I was also happy to taste it after that:) I got 3 x double cask and 3 x sherry cask.

I tasted this malt pure and without ice with an expert and we were impressed. The ordering process was of course good again, as usual from Amazon. The bottle is beautifully designed, embossed at the bottom of the neck and has a beautiful real cork as a closure, as you would expect from a much more expensive whisky.

Excellent single malt at a reasonable price - always 5 stars for just being a great single malt; and likewise only 4 stars for value because I always want it to be cheaper! At the current £20 I would definetley buy a bottle. Very easy to drink like this whisky very much.
