Personal opinion: I switched to this book at short notice because it fits me best from all the other books I had in mind for today. It's a really lovely picture book and one which I would recommend, even more now I've had the chance to see a physical copy!

”. It's a great way to show children that things will get better when they feel things are bad and maybe it's a message that many adults need to see and read too at the moment!

The final page of notes from the author, Smriti Halls and illustrator, David Litchfield, neatly sums the content up (image below refers), as does the back cover quote from The Sunday Times:📝 “A stylish picture book about how there is always a way out of darkness. The illustrations are beautiful and the message is good. Such a lovely book with an important message for children to have hope and continue when times are tough. The drawings are enchanting and so detailed that I personally just can't help but want to watch this book over and over again.
