There's some kind of throttling issue that can come up in games that makes it slow rightdown for a second, any sort of manual CPU clock adjustment fixes it, so I just set mine 25MHz higher and it's fine. 21fps and a cpu score of 578. And that’s without overclocking! The A6 cooler was almost inaudible, even up close, I have wondered about swapping them.

I'm running on a pico PSU in am ITX case to keep it small. And this little APU from AMD is inanimate silicon proof. 3, Score: 737 - 1080p high quality. Saying that, I’m game the performance is good for casual gaming.

That's really impressive and 4 cores are most enough for light to medium workload. and unlike some Intel chips, the word "budget" doesn't mean you're making sacrifices. So if you do a lot that takes advantage of the threads, or a couple of games where it gets a little boost from the 3 extra Vega cores .

This isn’t the first CPU with integrated graphics but this is He first APU I’ve used that actually works good when the graphics are utilized. It's fine unless you're going to do some heavy overclocking.

I will try overclocking it in the near future. So while you could still spend extra on a better cooler, you can also save your budget and keep the stock one on there. You can actually game on this chip and it's integrated Vega 8 gpu.
