Unfortunately the bottle had leaked and left a sticky congealed residue. If its not creamy you can always add cream.

I met Frangelico by accident at a wedding and I was instantly hooked! It's given my chocolate martini a light but authetic taste unlike the cheap sugar filled drinks you get in some bars this adds a the right balance of taste. You only need about 10ml for cocktail for the hazlenut flavour to bind with other ingredients.

Its not overwhelmingly sweet (which can be sickening after just 2). My favourite, always. Came next day and worth the price. A beautiful, warming after-dinner drink, or anytime over ice.

If its not sweet enough you can always add syrup or sugar before the mix. The sugar content is LOWER than the creamier drinks. I'm very new to martini making and this taste super light and nutty.
