I got my electrician friend to check my fuses in shed and he told me the fuse in fuse board wasn't powerful enough to run the heater hence reason it kept tripping out. Only thing is that you need to purchase an outdoor cable that can take the load of it! Just need to give it a good run and don’t look at your smart meter

2m. Does anyone have any help for me? For 20 quid we got a very high capacity extention cable and a all weather box to secure the plugs into! That way you lose less heat at night and you'll have to put fewer hours on the heater.

I moved the pump plug to another shed socket hoping that would solve problem, but again power kept tripping out on the heater. I reset and tried 4 or 5 times but same thing kept happening. But once heated then it's amazing!

The heater is excellent! You have to buy the sand filter. Fast delivery, Set up simple and fast.

The heater has a shutdown function, but while the purifier is still running. It worked great, however, after 2 hours.

Heater does work really well and kids are happy. Received this morning simple installation, start-up at 10am in 1h to gain 1 degrees for the pool of 4m50 by 90 Cm high. Once plugged in and combined with our old pump both ran fine for around 10 mins before the power tripped on the fuse board in my shed. This is a must or it will trip your electrics and never work!
