. No frills creatine monohydrate, does what it says without giving it a fancy name and hiking up the price. However, as many previous buyers have mentioned, the packet's sealing isn't the best. If you are new to creatine, I would recommend just sticking to 3g a day and not intake a lot of creatine for a faster loading phase.

Looks genuine used it for somedays can see results already nice product 👌👌 Unflavoured is better, but taste really bad, so I'm mixing with dissolve tablet vitamin C or with sweeteners. Last thing to note, 3g is scientifically proven to offer optimum performance, don't forcefully stick to 5g. They recommend 3 grams a serving but I’ve read studies which suggest if you’re a bit of a unit you might might want to consume 5-10 grams a day for optimal benefit.

i would recommend this over those cheap creatine products quality over quantity, i posted a picture to show how bug the actual thing is, i can this creatine bag everywhere very convenient Overall great product: fast delivery, quickly dissolves with drinks. really good product, but its too expensive it is understandable as now creatine prices are getting higher and higher.

Edit: Does not dissolve in water. It leaves no taste or ordour so it’s perfect.

The media could not be loaded. For me, the seal does work but it seems very weak - I would recommend transfering the contents into a trusty container or bringing a spare plastic zipper bag just in case the seal decides to break.

I take 5g daily and it mixes well with my choc whey. Date best before 02/2025! On the left, big pack 1kg from Amazon, on the right small pack 250g from Myprotein website. I bought it to help with my strength gains, take it consistently and be sure to stay hydrated throughout the day and you will see results.

I add this to my morning porridge and you don’t even know you’re eating it which is great. On the first day of using the product, I also experienced slight stomach pain and blew a few clouds of gas. Great price taste lovely and very fast delivery thankyou
