It's super easy extend and make sure it's locked. I found these ladders easy to adjust height and not too heavy to move around.

20 m, except it's not stiff, when you open it all doesn't stand up straight, I don't think it supports more than 100 kg. Everything arrived as in the inscription, the length is 6. However rubber "shoe" has split after only one use. When I was at the top of the ladders at a dangerous height , I felt I could trust them and was pleased with my purchase.

It moves/bounces a little as you climb, especially when fully extended, but it has held me on multiple occasions and I'm around 200lbs. However, once you get it placed at the right angle and the feet braced securely, I found it better than I had hoped. Can't seem to find a way to message the seller. Did the job and was using confidently.

Let down by the finish on the rubber not being trimmed off properly leaving a lot of bits everywhere and the metal in the hook hole being bent making the left hook impossible to connect without fixing it yourself. One star deducted as took ages to get the bottom support bar in place due to slightly misaligned bolt holes.
