so I need to move and resize them every so often to custom size for certain tasks so that is the reason it would not suits me. The hdmi has noticeable delays, tiny tiny but noticeable.

I work with multiple windows and super wide screen is my thing. Just by connecting the USB-C you can use the screen while charging the battery. The curved screen is excellent, the whole screen looks great and it's plug-and-play, there's no need for a lot of configuration.

I bought it because in the office I got used to the 21:9 format and I must say that this monitor is more than compliant. For quality/price it is the best option by far. Also the app has options to split the monitor on many sections but this I personally don't like as it is too aggressive and once you enable some splits you will not be able to resize the window in that section, instead it will always adjust it to that section size only. I would buy it again for sure.

It also has two USB-B ports on the back (I use it for the lamp seen in the photo) I was able to test the monitor with a MacBook Pro from 2017 (Intel) and it also works perfect. Having two monitors side by side is good but having no split in the middle and look directly on it and not slightly too either side is so so much more comfortable.

At home we have two macbooks, a MacBook Air with M1 and a MacBook Pro with M1 Pro. On USB-C the response is immediate and support smooth to mouse and windows movement, real difference when compared with HDMI.

Additionally I would add two smaller monitor on each side, so super wide in the middle and two small on each side would be my setup. Having a quality monitor like this specially if staring at it for 8 hours a day makes incredible difference for much much better. USB-C is just a pleasure.
