I also use the larger ones which give him more leg room but I feel he still can use these smaller ones for at least a few more pounds! My son is 2 months old somewhere between 19 and 22 inches and around 11 or 12 lbs and he fits in these perfectly. And since I know he can't get out of it I sleep better knowing he can kick a traditional swaddled blanket over his face. If you have a baby, BUY THESE.

It wasn't an issue until baby got bigger. Very lightweight, soft, and breathable.

I struggled with swaddling with a regular blanket. When I first got them I couldn't figure out why they had extra material around the velcro bits, and was annoyed cause I had to peel those pieces apart before wrapping my baby.
