I also combine it with other things, but overall I am satisfied, also because it lasts a long time because the package is giant and has an excellent value for money, which if I had bought it at the pharmacy I a kidney would have broken off. I will repost you in a few days a further review to see the effects on my person. Super fast delivery, beautiful packaging, great ingredients that are well tolerated by me and an absolute top price! The taste of the tablets is not strong so you can take them safely, they do not give me a sense of heaviness in my stomach, they do not cause me nausea and then the good thing is that they should be taken after meals, what that usually with other supplements I had to take them on an empty stomach and then they weighed me down and made me sick to my stomach.
