Although my house has central heating my kitchen (4m x 3m) doesn't have a radiator. With the weather closing in we bought this de-humidifer to help finish off the washing in the house without having to use an expensive Tumble Dryer. The outside diameter of the plastic hose was about 13mm so used a few turns of masking-tape that would accommodate the olive for the compression union.

If I leave it running at night it will be virtually full by the morning. We had a lot of damp. So that is 1.

? I purchased a ThermPro from Amazon and placed it on the worktop above the washer-dryer that reads 17C and 71% humidity classified as WET. I live in a flat that can suffer from mould, especially in the 2nd bedroom.
