Clearly, this edition does not please everyone, but I don't believe that it was intended to. The copies that I purchased were used, and shipped from private bookstores through Amazon, but not from Amazon.

Tolkien. Absolutely delightful! Enjoyed it very much. Its the prequel to Tolkiens Lord of the Rings.
