I hope this review was useful and if there were any questions I am delighted To answer it if I know the answer, for me it was a good buy ), how much time can you dedicate to it 20' 40' there are several options besides that dancing is very good and not boring. The product arrived very well packaged, you can check it in the photographs, it works great, I have already used it, I love how you see the disc comes in its perfect box and the belt is new, as I'm sure you know, you can choose your own routine by setting the time and days you can dedicate to it: how many days of the week you want to do, what days (Monday, Tuesday, etc.
