We used zip ties and garden stakes. Unrolled easily, though folded in half. 5’ deep and packed with dirt and rock for a cheap and green solution.

This LG400171 Deer Barrier Fencing is a thicker, heavier material, and much easier to work with and install than the thinner /weaker 6050 DeerBlock netting. I used the netting to construct a deer fence as seen in the picture above.

But this happens only occasionally, & I it is easy repair the fence & do so quickly. Hopefully this will take the weight of the snow better. lightweight but very hard to rip.
