Only the ends of her twists and the edges around her hair were damp. After diving in the pool multiple times and swimming under water, the cap help up with my daughter's kinky twists. Please get you one or two. My 4yo daughter and I are both natural and the pool water has been drying our hair out.

It does not keep your hair 100% dry and while swimming the back of my hair got wet. The small was tough getting on with all the braids and beads to fit in it.

Excellent protection! Highly recommend This loc cap is thee truth! I had a real small amount of dampness in the back but other than that, I was good to go.

It provided excellent protection, no moisture got in at all. So I put my hair in a top messy bun before putting my cap on. I’ve also let me cousin borrow it on her vacation and she has locs too and she was amazed that her hair stayed dry! But I would totally recommend this cap.
