Full disclosure: I do not live anywhere near a fault line and have never gone through an earthquake but I've been buying this stuff for years. It’s easy to remove and hasn’t marked the wood. Cons: There's never enough of it; I always run out and have to buy more.

lolThis stuff also saved our house at Christmas time. On only one occasion I over handled it and the oils from my skin made it "goopy" and difficult to remove. How many times did I buy this? Just roll a couple of tiny balls and press under each item and at the back of plates to stop them wobbling.
