Will have young children hooked and wanting to read over and over again. The pictures were bright and engaging and kept my younger ones attention (20months), but my oldest (4 yrs) got bored easy, so I believe it's more suited for under 4s. Very well illustrated.

We're on our 6th consecutive day of it being our bedtime book. The 3 year old is pretty obsessed with this book now. I liked the educational learning around colours and the story linked in. All in all a wonderful little book, full of colour.

Not only did I love teaching her about owls being nocturnal but I found she engaged on every page. The text is simple and suitable for the target age range of the book. Great book for young children to learn their colours!

Very nice and cute read along book. The illustrations in this book are simply beautiful. But the book didn’t really tell a story or even make it clear the owl decided to stay awake all day instead of all night.
