I also used it to grate onions, and again the output is great, however I find quite a bit of vegetable material still in the barrel afterwards, and so have to remove the cutter and scrape it out. Love this grater however, the lock twist to lock it to your work surface is on the back of it if you are right handed, it is more of a left hand person grater.

The problem it was tacking a long tome to make so was looking for a quicker, safer method, I didn't want an electric processor and came across this. It's a lot easier and saves the time. It slices and grates my ingredients very quickly and more importantly a lot safer. Time saverWorth buying.

The media could not be loaded. This grater is of solid construction, secures rock-solid to the bench throughout use, and is easy to clean. I would def recommended getting one. Didn't move when locked onto the work top either and was easy to clean, just rinsed off under the tap.

Ordered this grater as I was fed up grating cheese by hand. It’s fantastic. I'm thinking of giving away my electric food processor as this grater is better.

Really pleased so far, after a few days of use. I haven’t tried the other attachments yet. Intially I felt the suction is not so strong then I cleaned my kitchen worktop and tried it's simply superb.

So quick and easy 😊 Another issue is that even with the built-in extended barrell, cheese gratings pile up on the edge of the plate and spill over on to the bench.
